Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. We guarantee a lifetime of happiness with the products you choose from Home Retreat. This means you must be 100% satisfied.

Your shopping experience is secure through our website. Conveniently and securely pay using PayPal or Credit Card. Checks must clear before order is processed. We do not share your information without your consent beyond our warehouses.

You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Your items are high quality, shipped with FREE insurance directly from the warehouses. Home Retreat ensures your items arrive your physical address in perfect condition via UPS. On occasion we may use an alternative delivery service due to locale, availability, or cost savings.

If at any time you receive anything that is unsatisfactory, please kindly contact Home Retreat directly first via email or telephone. Your satisfaction is important to us.

When you are finished filling your shopping cart with your favorite Home Retreat items, one of the pages in the order form will have a space for notes to Home Retreat. Please specify there any special requirements such as color, size, instructions for shipping, etc., for instance "Leave without signature." If you do not specify here what your choices are, Home Retreat will send the featured item by default. Please note that Home Retreat is not responsible for items requiring no signature.

If after you evaluated your item and want to return it, please return it within three days with the original packaging, written reason for dissatisfaction, and return address, and we will gladly issue you a Return Number before you send your item back (as needed by the factory).

Returned items after three days will be issued store credit. We are sorry, but food, under garments, fragrances and skin care items may not be returned. Please make your selections carefully.

We do not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within one business day of the requested delivery date, or within the three (3) business days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times.

If we do not have the item you requested in stock we will find a comparable item. If the comparable item is not available we will contact you.

Although there are no fees for returning most items including DOA, some items are subject to a 20% restocking fee such as larger and more expensive items, or non-defective items depending on which warehouse used.

Furniture is subject to natural wear and tear, and must be returned within three days. Because technology changes so fast, most electronics must be returned within three days. Closouts/specials must be returned within three days as well.

Please allow 10 days for processing. PayPal orders must have verified "Confirmed" status, and checks cleared before any shipment can be made.

Home Retreat guarantees that its flowers, plants, gifts will be fresh for at least 7 days from the date shipped. Our sole maximum liability shall be the refund of the purchase price or at our sole option, the replacement of the product as soon as reasonably possible.

It is guaranteed you receive low prices for every item, or you receive 101% price match (electronics, jewelry, shipping costs excluded).
